Request permanent deletion of your ScamSense account and personal data.

You can request deletion of your ScamSense account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what data is deleted, and how long the process takes.
Send an email requesting account deletion from the email address registered with your ScamSense account:
We verify the request comes from the account owner before processing it. Requests submitted from an email address other than the one registered on the account cannot be verified and may be delayed.
Once a deletion request is verified, we permanently remove:
Text and screenshot content submitted for scanning is already processed in real time and not retained on our servers beyond analysis — see our Privacy Policy for details.
In limited cases, we retain a minimal subset of information after deletion:
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
If you previously made a scam report public via the Community Trend feature, deleting your account also removes that report from public view. If you only want a specific report removed without deleting your whole account, mention this in your email and we'll process it separately.
